Leading logistics firm NPS and its top five affiliates will make a legally binding bid to buy UK companies Alliance Logistics Group Ltd. (ALLGR) and Transatlantic Logistics Ltd. (TRIL) through private entities owned by the respective managements.The declaration reflecting the completion of the transaction has been submitted to the UK's Companies House. Alliance Logistics provides a range of companies its global logistics services, including engineering consignments, low temperature logistics, commercial freight, air freight, and air cargo.
According to Companies House, ALLGR is an independent supply chain-focused logistics company with headquarters in London. Concurrently, the announcement was made.
